What is the transformation session?
The transformation session is a free kick start to help you map out your journey for results. We'll go through your current struggles, goals and lifestyle to assess what you need to do to get the results you want.
In the session you will also go through a 15-20 minute session with a coach to go through the techniques of the exercises which will be most beneficial towards you.
Finally we can map out your goals and create a timeline to achieve them. We will also show you some options for training and how we can help you get there faster.
